182 by Zuma -- www.giraffeboards.com/showpost.php?p=438068&postcount=182The PIS here is inevitable (it's after his snap vote on Bill for Bill's inaccuracy), and expands more (a lot more) on Bill's falsehood, but this strikes me as just way too much for a day one vote, even one based on a falsehood from someone else. Is Zuma like this, normally? He's almost taking it personally. I'm not sure what to make of it.

Okay, reading on a bit further, I think I can say that both day one bandwagons were decent ones. Bill was in fact wrong about Zuma's level of participation/the "grudge" thing, so the vote itself was justified, whatever reservations I may have about Zuma from before and after. And Red implicitly lied about his motivations in voting Duvsie, always a risky thing. Therefore, unlike with the day two bandwagon on Uthrecht for his comment about Squink, I find nothing inherently suspicious in the votes on Red and Bill. The specifics may be a different story.

Auburn's posts really are a wonder of saying nothing at all -- duvsie's vote today is solid, and even without her further claim I'm tempted to follow up on it.
Bufftabby's 201 is VERY suspicious. Every damn thing she says is qualified the moment it leaves her keyboard. Bill might be suspicious, but he might be a townie, but he might be scum. Zuma might be suspicious for the random vote, but it's probably nothing, but here's a "cameltoe of caution" anyway. It's completely ridiculous.
And I didn't like her vote on Locked yesterday either, though I can't remember what I found disagreeable about it. There's probably no time left today to put any pressure on her, but please consider this a HUGE request to do so tomorrow, should I wind up dead and you two not.

And unfortunately I'm out of steam.
Good lord I'm slow. Wish I'd been in this game from the beginning.

Ed is posting way too much fluff. This is really awkward for me -- he's avoiding the usual scum tells I have for him, but he's not really giving much evidence that he's trying to find scum, either.

Hee. Lucifer (now metallic squink) is a bit scummy (see public post), duvsie is dead on right about Auburn's scumminess (whether Auburn is actually scum or not is another question), and bufftabby is scummy with scum sauce on (see public posts). I also still think your Zuma accusation is a good one; nothing from day one changed that impression in the least. I"m increasingly less convinced that Locked is not just the inexperienced townie that bufftabby claims she used to think he was; and moody and zeener continue to ping for what is in all likelihood their usual not-scummy-for-them reasons. Everybody else reads as suspicious to varying degrees also, because I'm in that sort of mindset. Current vote leaders are captain and Locked, with 3 votes each or 3 and 4, can't remember. Unfortunately for my peace of mind, Zuma, bufftabby and Auburn only have one each. Captain is definitely scummy, but has posted so little I can't be comfortable with his bandwagon. I have no feeling that it's wrong, though, either. And after all this watch me be right the first time about Locked. Have fun!

Oh finally, MrGreyEyes also (like Lucifer) asked to be subbed out and will be being replaced shortly (probably tomorrow morning) by someone I know.

Oh, and Duvsie has refused to claim as I so reasonably requested (actually she just ignored me), though she did answer that she has nothing on Locked. I'm sort of amazed nobody's called me on that, tbh. If anyone ever does, I'll be all-but-convinced they're town, because I don't think most scum quite know how to deal with a townie who's not beating about the bush in any way but just flat-out demanding more information.

re-reading...
duvsie is def a cop, the reference to sense and sensibility is obvious - but the marianne dashwood naming is just soooo darn substle. major brownie points to duvsie for that.
given the level of suspicion around zeener, I cant see scum wanting to give zeener town cred unless he was scum. which means either both zeener and duvsie are town, or both are scum. given scums commanding position at the moment, I cant see the benefit of scum making this play.
ed is starting to really bug me - safe votes on day 1 and 2, and just a load of fluff

Marianne Dashwood?
Thanks for your analysis on duvsie and zeener; it seems to make sense.
I want to vote Ed SO BAD right now. I have this post all queued up and ready to go and given the timing it's so piontless. But I think I'm going to post it anyway. More voices better, right?

This is almost funny from bufftabby:
"I don't know why you're after me so hard. Me, and like, everybody else. You started off the vote on locked toDay, but now you're everywhere. You said : "I'll leave my vote on Locked for now, but consider it very labile" as you added Lucifer to your laundry list of suspects, which includes "everyone (other than Bill) who voted or challenged Uthrecht specifically on the basis of his initial day two post", Auburn, presumably Duvsie, and now me. Your methods are eyebrow-raising, at best. "
Yeah, that's me in mason mode. When you *really* don't give two flicks how people perceive you, there's no reason not to just say what you think, when you think it.

BTW Bill, all of this is very much assuming there will be a mass claim tomorrow. Else if all this scattershot were to then backfire on me and I had to claim, I might expose Ben by the absence of attention I'd given him.

Ed, from a bit further up the last page than my posts:
"I have a meeting and am heavily drugged while fighting off a migraine. If someone could summarize for me the essence of the cases against moody and zuma, I will make it back within the approximately 150 minutes we have left. "
And he spends 30 of that looking up old games to defend against me instead of justifying his vote on Zuma. Yeah right.

Hahahahaha.
That was awesome. Unexpected, but awesome. Clearly some work to be done before tomorrow.
